The bright straw yellow color introduces an intense and elegant aromatic picture, where the dominant notes of citrus and white pulp fruit are flanked by pleasant hints of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it relaxes dynamic and handsome at the same time, thanks to an interesting gustatory structure made agile and rhythmic by an infiltrating savory vein.

Ideal with vegetable and fish based appetizers, it goes well with all saltwater fish cuisine, both first courses and important courses accompanied by aromatic herbs and spices. Perfect on Catalan-style lobster.
